AG Reflects on the Perspectives Class

1. What have you done to change your school?

I have definitly done a huge deed to my school. I have started a petition for 100% recycled paper, and hopefully it will come into full action. I have also impacted the lives of many students, telling them how much 10% recycled paper we as a school waste every year, and I hope they never deny the large numbers. If I could do something over, though, I would try to work faster and more efficiently. I will keep you all posted on what will happen in the near future!

2. What have you learned?

I have learned just how much paper is wasted, and it’s terrifing. I have also learned never to give up; at some times I just wanted to go to sleep and, of course, give up. But that’s never a good idea, and is a very important lesson in life. Never give up on what you believe in.

3. Where do we still need to improve as a school?

We need to work on motivation. I don’t think very many of us were extremely excited about my petition, and some didn’t really even care. I think switching over to 100% recycled paper is our first step to a greener school. But, I mean, it’s not going to become green over night. This takes time and patience, and students need to step up and take action! Otherwise, nothing can happen.

Q1. What have you done to change your school?
Q2. What have you learn?
Q3. Were do we still need to improve as a school?
A1. I have been puting up posters to tell people how much waste we do at school. I have made a power point to show people how much we need to recycle more and waste less and how we need a composting team at our school so we have a safer enviorment.
A2. I have learned that if we waste less we can stop global warming. And prefent less polution.
A3. We as a school need to improve by reading the list on what we can recycle and to trow away. We need to waste less and recycle more to make the world a better place for all of us.

2. What have you learned?
3. Where do we still need to improve as a school.

1. well right now as a school we have ten percent recycled paper. I got almost half of the teachers to sign to have 100 percent recycled paper at our school.

2. i have learned that there is 35.2% recycled paper and on an average of 15% other recycleables.

3. i think that as a school we have not recycled enough paper to be an improved school
